Welcome to "A Passing Storm", a sub section of Demando.net. Originally, it was built for the purpose of housing my non-Sailor Moon/Star Wars fanfiction. Now, I have expanded it to include older works that no longer measure up. I probably should take them down all together, but-- what can I say?-- I'm a softie. I have been writing fanfiction since 1998- some 28 novelettes and 52 short stories at last count, and that count is way out of date. Of course, not all of those are here. I would like to think that my writing has progressed a great deal since I first sat down and wrote "On Winds of Time" for Babylon 5: if you think I'm posting that load of horse sh*t self-insertion, you're looney. I'm actually embarassed to think of that first bit of work, with it's foggy description and gratutious use of new characters. In the five years I've been writing, I've learned a great deal. The stories housed on this site are ones that I can read with out flinching (too often) and be proud of (to an extent).

Also, I once believed (after the summer of 1999) that I would never write another B5 fic. Well... I lied, 'cause I've been curing out new stuff like there's no tomorrow. I don't want to mix in the recent with the hideously awful, so there you are..

On a side note, some of you may read these stories and say "Hey, I've read this before, but it wasn't credited to Meredith Bronwen Mallory!'. There is a reason for this. Back in 1998, when I started writing, I was using the hopeful pen name of Meredith Deborah Holt (hopeful because Holt was the last name of my then boyfriend, now husband Peter Holt). When I switched from Babylon 5 to Sliders, I used my middle and maiden names- Bronwen Mallory. Finally, when I moved on to Sailor Moon, I just gave up on the pen name and began using my real name. All stories posted here are credited to that name, as I have edited many of the works and done a great deal of revision.

I hope you enjoy the few works that are here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. For anyone here that HAS read my more recent Sailor Moon/Star Wars work, please do not be disappointed. There is a reason why I love my more current works, after all. ^_^
