The tone (and nothing else) for this was inspired by Willa Cather's "My Antonia". Ahem, anyway, this is an anti-EU post ROTJ, in which Luke stumbles upon keys to his past he didn't know were there. Obviously, now that ROTS is out, this story's canon is a little AU. However, I have every intention of working off ROTS as much as possible. ^__^
